I posted this machine to show the rip saw attachment. It takes a special 10" blade with a 1.5" bore. I might have a blade modified just to try it out... but I am somewhat dubious of the usefulness of the rip attachment. Currently I have it set up with back beveled planer knives. They seem to cut smoother on figured wood than my 15" planer. My plan is to use it primarily as a dedicated molder.
