Acquired in a roundabout way via another OWWM'er who was putting out want ads on the local craig's list. This machine was originally from the cabinet shop at the University of British Columbia. The gentleman I bought it from is a professor there and has a nasty OWWM and OMWM habit. (Amazing collection) He was tired of banging his shins on the foot pedal after not making a mortise for over ten years. The serial number (I think) is painted on the left side of the machine and is just visible in the first photo. It originally had a three phase motor which has since been replaced with that big GE 2 hp single phase. The machine has never been over-painted and has an amazing selection of it's original wrenches. All adjustments are smooth and tight. With some fresh babbit it'll be as good as new!
