I don't usually rehab my machines, just plug them in and use them. This one needed bearings in the motor so I removed them and ordered. The bearings took a while to get here so I also stripped the paint and repainted. Primered with epoxy undercoater and the painted with Scion "Hypnotic Teal Mica" as a base coat then clear coated with automotive clear coat. The bare metal was a little rusty so I chucked in the lathe and sanded to 1500 then polished with buffing compound. They came out really shiny. The photos look a little gray but its really a dark green. Looks really good with the polished bits.
