Drove an hour to look at what was advertised as "Delta 10" table saw" and found a tired 8" tilt table I was not interested in. The old gentleman, who was moving out of his home after 50 years, mentioned he had a bandsaw so off we went to a back shed. This scroll saw was sitting there as seen in the photos and the little light caught my eye. I offered $25 but he wanted $50, but with his daughter standing there he says, "my son in law was interested, but since he has never done a thing about anything else he was interested in you can have it for $40" He got it in Freeport, Maine many years ago and figures he was the second owner. It runs fine and the light works. There is no model number, just US and Canadian patents from 1931 through 1938.

I had no desire to own a scroll saw and have no idea what I will do with it.
