I bought this off ebay from "ReliableEndMill" for the sum of $235. I have the original motor which was wired for 440 (no 220) and ran another motor to drive the headstock/motor). Eventually I found another motor in Chicago that is 220. All of the leads were numbered differently, so just yesterday did I get all 4 speeds to work. At one time it had two forward speeds and two for reverse (not designed that way). Still the motor gets very hot pretty quick, so I need to have a motor shop look at it. The lathe has a tag that says "Los Angeles Glass Company"
