Ad described it as old and without a motor or powerfeed option and a price of $25. At that price I assumed it would be a good "parts" machine that I had been long searching for. I offered $35 sight unseen and was surprised to find a machine in excellent condition and without a crack blemish or missing part. The green speckled paint was well protected under a layer of grease and dirt and it is not a parts machine.

W&H folks told me they started manufacturing with #100 so this is a very early machine. However,they can be upgraded to a powerfeed and they have done so hundreds of times. Seller got it from the pattern shop at Kidder Press in Dover NH and he was the second owner.

All owners manuals and parts are available and the basic design has changed little in 60 plus years.
