Part of e-bay purchase (see my mortising machine entry)11-8-07. Was still under power when I picked it up. Was listed as bench saw, not sure what is meant by this. Does not tilt either blade or table. Came with sliding fence miter gauge and rip fence with built in taper(or possibly just parallel adjustment to blade as it just sets in holes in table and then "squeezes" or clamps in these, not very secure) and blade guard. Cannot find so much as a casting number on it, also heavily modified for motor mounting and updated pillow blocks, presumably changed over from flat belt assuming that vintage from castings. Not sure of anything with this saw except that it weighs a LOT!!! Came with nice 5hp 3-phase and about a dozen and a half extra blades and a two knife shaper head. Was also able to grab starter box and on/off buttons. Again looking for info. about machine/manufacturer. Thanks.
Update 11-22-07 After much searching through manf. picture index for table saws I found a saw (Steve Marshall's, Jeff Behan also owns one, but the picture is not very clear) with the exact same top and fence made by First & Prybil or P. Prybil of NY,NY, if correct this saw went about 14 blocks from where it was made! The blade gaurd is obviously a later addition, but was very well made and integrated into saw. Have sent e-mail to seller hoping to locate machine badge which was located at the front of the table.
