Well, after purchasing a few Delta AFM's for my place of work from a machinery jockey, I saw this baby and knew she had to be mine. The machinery salesman did not represent it as having anything missing. When it arrived by common carrier I saw it and my heart sank. Needless to say I got on the phone and we renegotiated the price. We arrived at terms pleasing to both of us. I wound up canabolizing a stand I found later. It made this sander work and an 8" jointer too. The sander had a Dayton motor in it which was too long to fit in the stand. This probably explains why cover went missing. That has since been replaced with a Delta 3/4 hp double shaft motor and the right drive pulley. It had the #132 switch box I just put a new cord to it and the motor. I ran it for the first time last night 9/9/08. Tracked in very quickly and she runs like a song.
