One Of my Favorite Vintage Woodworking Machine Purchase on Ebay. A local Pick up just around 3 miles away from my home is something I cannot resist to go and get it.Well nobody bid so I ended up winning it but with a generous price of $160.Maybe Not much or too much but I think the price is just fine as the jointer itself. I have a 1937 Walker Turner Catalog and this machine has a price tag of $55/75 Including the all steel stand. So there I know the stand is original to it with the dust chute assembly. The only thing that was missing is the Dual purpose guard with the thumb pressure guide that can help you planed a 1/4" X 1/2" wood Strip and holds the work down perfectly. And I did see a minor repair to it,One of The Side Adjustment knob has been welded.
But other than that all is sound and in working order. The guide fence is really heavy and also the solid round bar. I have stripped all the paint and cleaned and then coated with Gray Primer and finishes it with a top coat of Machine Gray Enamel.
