I acquired this from a "Best Offer"on E-Bay.The jointer is a Pattern Makers, which means that the outfeed table has a adjustment for making hollow or spring glue joints. This is a Babbit bearing, flat belt drive machine. The infeed table is 19" by 48" and the outfeed table is 19" by 38".The fence is 5" tall by 60" long and tilts to 45 degrees. This jointer
was just one and half hours from me in Auburn,New York.It was owned by a wealthy gentleman who had it in his personal woodshop. He passed away several years ago and his widow asked a auction company to help to dispose of the machinery in the shop. The local auction company didn't think that any of the old machinery was of any value so they scrapped most of the machinery except this jointer and a American Pattern Makers lathe which i also bought. The jointer is in excellent original condition. The table tops were hand scraped and you can still see all the marks. My goal is to have a complete American Woodworking Machinery shop with all babbit bearing, flat belt machines that run off a line shaft.
