I bought this DeWalt radial arm saw for $160. It is single phase and 3HP. It has been painted, including all badges and sliding surfaces. It is moving but not easily. It has two labels indicating that it is a Victory product, but it is exactly the same as a DeWalt. Obviously the same manufacturer. One day this saw will sing again...
