I picked this up in 2006 pretty much as a throw-in with a 1974 Rockwell lathe that I got through an on-line ad. It came complete with the stand (apparently original, very heavy), light, wheel guards, and quench basin. I added the Wolverine jig to use it for turning tools, even though it's not a slow-speed. When brought home, it was in the condition shown in the pics -- I did nothing except add the jig.
