Purchased 8/4/07 in Old Saybrook, Ct.. The tooling is all hodgepodge, different size tool posts and such. Missing a three tool turret, toolslide, and toolrest sleeve on cross slide table, also rear 4 step-pulley assembly behind main/brake pulley. Have talked to Jeff B. who also sent article about Putnam's construction out of what I think was The English Mechanic, a U.K. periodical from late 1800's early 1900's. Lathe has been shortened at some point also, could be factory job. Would like to restore as much as possible: replace pulleys, tooling, accesories, original paint, etc. Any and all help on this would be greatly appreciated. Taper specs ?
