Bought this one at a garage sale of sorts. It appears to be unused. It is fitted with pinless blade clamps, the top assembly is missing the thumb screw. The machine came with a pair of holders for pin type blades, tied to the rear of the machine,on the turnbuckle in the first pic. The decal appears to have recently fallen off. I checked the floor in the vicinity but found nothing.
A search of the catalogs only yielded the model 60 in a catalog from 1931 and substantially heavier machines as the years progressed. It is similar to the model 60 listed here and in the catalogs, but appears to be much more delicate. Could this machine predate the model 60 and even 1931?
There is a funny looking clamp on the bottom of the lower blade holder, see the third pic. Any idea what its for? I also have a drill press of similar vintage I'll list soon.
