Found this through a relatively unknown online classifieds site. Had been listed since last May and was about to expire. In excellent condition. Belonged to the seller's father. He was selling his home and thought that it was time to part with it as he would no longer have the room. He had kept it for sentimental reasons and mentioned that it had served only a few times since 1965 when he remembered building a porch with his father with this RAS. It's obvious it hasn't served often and that he has taken good care of it. Might have to change the motor bearings in the near future, but other than that, nothing else to do about this one.
