Comments:
Found on CL, the enclosed stand was too attractive to pass up.
3 HP, 3 phase, 220 V, 3/4" arbor. Motor is smooth and quiet, ram is a little jumpy but in good shape. Needs a good cleaning and new bearings.
Appears to be original paint, except for the blade guard an electrical box. Heaviest motor I have had to move to-date. No table included, it had been setup with a long roller table. This unit is setup with a main switch/starter in the back, and another switch in front. Not sure if that is common or original.

As found, note interesting "guard".
