Acquired at public auction in Detroit,MI.Built by Moak Machine & Tool Company from Port Huron,Michigan.The jointer has a 16",three knife,4" dia.,round cutter head.It is powered by a Woods shaftless direct drive,5 h.p.,3600 r.p.m.,220/440 volt,3 phase electric motor.The machine is ball bearing.The fence is 5"high by 56"long and tilts from 0 to 45 degree's.
The infeed table is 22" wide by 47 1/2" long,the outfeed table is 22" wide by 38" long
with a 3" wide rabbiting shelf.The tables have four leveling bolts in each corner.This is one of the finest jointers that I have ever seen.It is complete with no broken or repaired castings and is in very good condition.
