This radial arm saw serves as an example of how the most important tool for collecting machinery is a really big truck.My wifes employer had dragged this saw out of a toolshed where it had lurked for many years.I loaded it into the f-250 and carted it home to start removing the rust.The table was ruined,and none of the moving parts actually moved,but to mr. DeWalts eternal credit,the motor ran like it was brand new.this saw isn't much of a showpiece,but it cuts straight and lets me avoid thinking too hard about how to set up for production runs on my table saw.I simply rip the board,push it across to the radial arm saw,and crosscut.I use it as a species of miter saw on steroids.
