I bought this at an estate sale in June, 2003. It is still in the process of getting from my detached garage, across the muddy back yard, and into the shop. It will have new blade guides, blades, tires, and belt before I try and put it into service. Motor is Delco, made in Dayton, OH, and has a mfg date of 1945; I'm guessing the saw is the same vintage.
