Found this in a local S n S mag last August and after pulling off the market the seller contacted me a couple weeks ago to reoffer it to me first.
It is badged Olney & Warrin of NY, NY but as they were not known for making WWM it has been ID'ed as A Silver Machine who in turn made machines for others to resell.
It appears this machine began it's life in Military Service and somewhere along the line was retired after some combat wounds were sustained and continued to be a work horse for private owners of unknown numbers. The upper arm sustained a serious amputation and was quite expertly reattatched and the main table tilt mechanism is gone and the table trunnion is welded in place. Someone cut off the outfeed side of the main table to make it flush with the auxilliary table and a shop made fence rail was mounted across both tables. The shop made guards and warning signs on it give it's Military lineage away as they display classic construction techniques I've seen many times in my own Service time.
Lower wheel is Babbit, but the upper wheel appears to be roller or ball bearing.
Comes with a Baldor 1.5 hp, 1 ph, 220 VAC
In pretty good shape over all and only needs a good cleaning and lube to be usable for me.
