This is part of the large machine lot acquisition I made in April 2007. I bought the machines from a gentleman that had bought and removed the machines from a local community college only days before selling them to me. (see here for full story: http://owwm.org/viewtopic.php?t=24204)

Max only has records going back 20 to 25 years and this pre-dates that time. That puts this sander pre-1986. It looks like it would be lighter weight than a Max OSS but it is probably more than 100lbs heavier.
