Comments:
According to the seller, the machine was used in a school and then shipped away in storage and then ended up in a school for the blind without a tailstock, toolrest, banjou, motor or any drive components besides the main spindle in the headstock. He got a deal on it but lost interest in the project. That's where I come in.

The guy ended up with a delta tailstock for it from a friend, but it doesn't really fit. He has also tried to weld up a toolrest, but it is definitely not something I would want to risk using as it seems to slip no matter how tight it's locked down because it's not flat where it meets the bed. He put in a 1 HP Emerson, and rigged up a decent mount for the motor as well. The machine is old and heavy - what a beauty.

Needless to say - the machine ain't pretty right now - but just needs a little cleanup and a fresh coat of green paint. She'll fit in great in my shop. I'll add finished pics when the work is done.

***If anyone out there reads this and has spare parts I would love to hear from you - please contact me.
