I purch'd this locally from the son of the owner. I believe he did a nice restoration to get it into working condition. It does not tilt & no miter gauge. It did come with a nice paint job, Tornado dust evacuator, & an original stand. The motor is a Chic Elect, 3/4 hp. The Tornado is from Breuer Elect Mfg Co., Chic., IL. It is of cast alum and the data plate says that this is "Code 83 D 10880 A" (a serial # I guess). I am currently hunting a collection bag (done--have a Delta marked bag now) and exhaust coupling, (done--used a hose clamp), adaptable to a shop vac or other means to collect the sawdust.
This sander runs counter clockwise, (CCW), and yes a reversing switch would be nice on this.
