I bought this saw Dec. '05, in Columbus, Oh I was looking for a 10" table saw on e--y and the only ones that were in my price range were worn out. I found this Beach and from the description it was worth much more than the $700.00 I payed. History is that it was on a military base almost no use. He bought it at a gov. auction, and it had a tag on it that said "does not work, do not use", Was used by previous owner up to 100 hours. There is almost no wear on anything. All he did was tighten down the screw on the motor starter. It started up fine, and ran perfectly.
