This looks exactly like the model P715 in a 1936 Driver Power Tools (Walker-Turner) Brochure. I think it is the model P715 because it has ball bearings. I cannot find a model number or serial number on he machine. The other OWWM bought by the original owner are Craftsman/Dunlap and all date from 1938-41. The motor and motor pulley are after-market. The tool is fully functional and in regular use.
