The slope was slippery the day I purchased this off E-Bay and shipped to NJ. Inventory tag reads "US Navy Property Navy Identification No. QFK" a second tag reads "US Navy Property Navy Identification No. 964 33001" The machine tag reads " E.O. Grabo Machine Wks. NY Type G-3 Serial 1222 US Navy Cont. No. N 191S-20511 Sept. 1941. Although the wheel measures 31" I'll bet it started at 36" as the Type G-3 probably stands for Grinder- 3'.
