One of the woodworking machines acquired from the Julius Petersen Boatyard. This planer is more compact then my Y.A.24" model B-44 finishing planer. This machine has spent its whole life at the boatyard with its brothers; the Y.A.36" bandsaw and the Y.A. 49"drum sander that i also acquired. The planer is complete and in very good working condition.
It has sectional in feed roll and sectional chipbreaker.Which means that wood of varying thickness can be surfaced simultaneously. The planer is 10 h.p.,220/440 volts,3 phase. The planer was built at the Rochester,NY plant.
