I bought this at an estate auction. I had the original Howell 3 phase 3/4 horsepower motor rewound with new sealed bearings. I tore down the headstock and cleaned 60 years of packed and dried grease and replaced the bearings and belt. I bought new Oneway centers. I did not do anything cosmetic at this time. I run it with a VFD. It is amazingly smooth and quiet. I have used Oneways and this is every bit of those if not more.
