POITRAS SHAPER, 2800 MODEL, with cast iron base and crest, in very good condition, with what I believe to be the original 1HP 115/230V 3450 rpm motor.(Can easily be replaced, has adjustable motor brackets). Guide handles are missing. If I keep it, I will replace the motor for a 2HP 220V and install handles and a wooden fence on the guide. Anyone knows where to get parts in Montreal?
I acquired the shaper recently in Carignan, (Qubec) by trading it for some exotic wood veneers. I got tons of veneers in stock and this is one good way to get rid of some of it.
