I bought a Pootatuck Trimmer from a guy on E-#$y He threw in this one for free. It is missing one fence and the handle otherwise it is in very nice shape. The name plate reads Dosch Manufacturing Company Thornton ( Del. Co.) Pennyslvania. It doesn't seem that old but I thought it was interesting it said Patent Pending. It is almost identical to the old lion and Pootatuck except for the top casting which ectends over the wings offering a little more protection from the blades.
