This is a classic drill press from the mid-60's. I received this from Grand-dad and its really sweet. I like it because its a bench top that was cleverly made into a floor standing machine. He built a base with 4 casters, a small and functional drawer, then filled the remaining cavern in the base with 60# of sand to prevent the unit from being too top heavy. I can roll this press anywhere in the shop with very little effort.

This press features the Delta light and a removable table platform--the main table was never nicked!
