I found this grinder in a basement in Windsor, Ontario, Canada in 2004. Label read The Luther Line Machanic Special No. 6M The Luther Grinder Mfg. Co. Milwaukee WI. The crank wheel on the inside has intials on it either VJ or VS not quite sure.
