This is an interesting piece. It was found 4 years ago in 2002 when my brother was adding an addition onto his home. It was between the wall covering and the outside sheathing of the garage wall between the wall studs. Heaven only knows why it was locked in this prison for over 40 years. The machine has never been used as you can see. It still has the "no oil" warning label, no oil in the gearbox, and the label and protective coating on the platten. The belt pulley shows no evidence of ever having a belt on it. Everything is in order and it is functional. It has the blade it was found with and the blower is functional. Just a real gem of a find. I rescued it from Dad's barn when it was being cleaned out after his death.
