I purchased this from a fellow owwm member (Thanks Tom) and restored it. I welded up the stand and mounted the 1 1/2 HP Wagner motor that came with the planer. I replaced the brass table roller bushings, cutterhead ball bearings, and installed a new dayton manual starter switch.
01Dec06 Update: I finally finished the belt guard which I made from the plans on this site. I welded it out of 16ga sheet metal, it turned out to be one of the more time consuming parts of the restoration. It planes great, it was well worth the time and effort to restore.
