Having free time on a visit to Durban, I went to see my friend Kevearne who owns a woodworking machine outlet selling new and second hand woodwork machines. These are mainly the large industrial types. However he sells some smaller machines and now and then has a few Rockwell items. Normally he refurbishes these prior to resale. An interesting item I came across on his floor was this Rockwell HOMECRAFT Craft Jig / Scroll Saw in immaculate condition and attached was my first sighting of the pukkah Delta light attachment. I see these are sought after items and they are quite nifty when you see them close up. Painted yellow may be sacrilegious but different folks, different strokes! He is selling the saw on behalf of someone else and the asking price is a hefty R3500 which is about $500. Personally overpriced. The saw is mounted on a homemade stand. Serial number is G8022. Date of manufacture unknown. All intact and obviously a machine that has been well looked after.
