I finally found my unisaw. A fellow OWWM memeber took up my cause and pointed me to an obscure online auction and found this baby, I cant wait to see it in the flesh. I paid $270 with tax, shipping was another $222. It had been in a Florida Public School Industrial arts deptpartment for some time. Many thanks to Bob Hay for the heads up! The green will be gone in a heatbeat, and the handwheels well I know how to handle those now too...

The unit arrived today it had 3" of sawdust thorughout the internals, after some shop vac help I found a dissapearing splitter mounted inside BONUS!. Its took some work to get it operational the pitch and sawdust had it in its own little "cocoon".

The unit is 80% complete I need to get a new 220V coil for the starter, mount the new 50" beisemeyer and locate a goose egg motor cover. I left the dust port that the school cut and added a "baffle" to the cabinet to make sure that dust gets to the port, see more details of the baffle in the yahoo photo section of "coralhounds iron".

After a long hunt I obtained a goose egg motor cover, and Bob Hay came through again with a switch plate. My dad came by and helped me manuver it into place, get the fence on and tuned. We are 100% and being used several times a week. The Beisemeyer is a 52" platnium edition that I bought from Redmond. The mag switch is a custom unit that was a prototype of the new unisaw switches, It works very well and I managed to mount it so my thigh can bump it off very easily. Thank you to all that have helped me out with this project!
