One of the few affordable things I've run across since migrating to the great northwet. Found it on ixbay where washington state surplus had it listed as a spindle sander. Several yoyos wrote in to tell them it was a shaper, one went so far as to suggest that a sander was only worth a 100 bucks but a shaper was worth 400 to 500. Most shills usually just bid.

Anywho... has a Tacoma school district property tag and the standard school district schlock green and yeller paint job. Guess they were out of international flat orange drippy latex for the controls. No fence... Half inch spindle only... One and a half horse three phase motor... I've started out with less. Least they kept it out of the rain, well, most of the time...

Oh yeah, paid 204.50. Before taxes...
