Comments:
Iola Planing Mill double spindle shaper. Counter shaft stands match the shaper base. Original paint. Lettering is cast into frame, # 236 is free hand painted. To put into use, a new top had to be made. Designed so spindles rotate in opposite direction, although the counter shaft set up so that one belt could be quickly rolled off and twisted to reverse one spindle at whim.
