Bought this machine from Wolfe Machinery Company in Des Moines. A six hour drive up, loaded it with a forklift, and six hour drive back. Used a two-ton engine hoist to lift it out of my trailer and position it exactly where I wanted it to go in my shop. I had to bolt the motor mount to the concrete floor. It came with a single phase 5HP motor and two flat belts. Fortunately, the motor pulley is the flat belt style. This machine was originally run off of a line shaft set-up.

The machine came with the original miter gauge, rip fence, and blade guard. I've already removed the blade guard as it was definitely an after thought and I'm betting it took a brave man to use the saw with the guard in place. I installed some new wiring and a new magnetic switch. The switch will be put onto a separate stand as there's no where to mount it on the saw. The babbit bearings are in good shape with the original shims in place.
