Bought this Delta heavy duty wood shaper on ebay in July 2006, from an individual in MD. 3 PH 1 HP motor, taken out of operation. Came with a 1/2" spindle, acquired a NOS 3/4" spindle and table inserts off ebay. I restored this machine in the summer of 2012. I have the cartridge at Richard Andrews' shop now for new bearings. I cleaned it up and, repainted, and lubricated the moving parts. This is a pretty simple machine for relatively light duty shaper work. The restoration turned out beautifully and I haven;t decided if I will keep this or sell it, as I have 2 Northfield Shapers taking up room in my shop.
