I just worked out to purchase this Goodell's Improved lathe and scroll saw from a friend. It has a couple things that need to be fixed, like one of the rocker arms on the tredle, if that is what they're called. I will restore this and put it in my hand tool area.
I won't take posession for a couple weeks at minimum, depends if he can ship it reasonably or if I need to pick it up.
UPDATE: Looks like it's not very heavy, only about 50 lbs. should see it showing up soon in the brown truck...

scroll saw and overview of saw. The scroll saw portion mounts on the right side of the base, towards the operator. It is currently laying sideways in this pic.

This shows the broken rocker arm for the tredle, and you can see the tredle was repaired once in the middle, but it's a solid repair I'm told.
