I picked this saw up at an estate auction earlier this spring and have finally had a chance to post it here.

The previous owner made up the cabinet that sort of gives it a unisaw look when the sides are up. The sides fold down when a bevel cut is needed and the table is to be tilted. Althought the stand is made of wood, it is alot heavier than it looks.
