Oliver, no doubt, offered the best full line of woodworking equipment, ever. I have read here that some of you think some companies like Tannewitz and Northfield make a better bandsaw and/or table saw. I`m sure no one ever made a better lathe. The One-Way might have a shot if it had a little more cast iron. If any company made a better sander it`s these guys. On this machine, the table, with a spring counterballance, drops down in seconds to change discs. It has internal ducting to direct dust to a port in the rear. It also came with a mitre gauge and the aluminum table extensions. This machine also has a reversing switch that cannot be turned until the brake is applied. Purchased on a well known on line auction service. I have no history but the machine has seen little use. Very good condition for a fair (not bottom feeder) price.
