This band saw belonged to my Uncle, who was a master key grip for the motion pictures studios in Hollywood and Burbank before and after World War II. Most of his work can be seen in John Wayne's films. The band saw is still in working condition and fires right up with the flip of a switch. Attached to the work bench next to this band saw, is a Wood Wizard grinder/sanding wheel unit and a Wizard drill press that operates by a leather belt, both machines are still in working order.
