Comments:

Late "30s 4¼" Craftsman jointer. Shown as found, except that I repainted fence head (paint mostly flaked off) and reset knives (new and sharp, but low on fence end). No identfication on jointer other than Craftsman badge.

Previous owner cleaned tables and replaced knives. Pitting remains in infeed table, a cosmetic distracton only. Paint stained and darkened. Otherwise looks good and functions very well. May yet redo cosmetics, but low on priority list.

Now mounted on tool stand along with my restored Craftsman 12" bandsaw. Jointer powered separately by 1/2 hp Craftsman motor. Stand tabletop fitted with chip collection chute/dust collector connection.
