This Colombian vise was purchased brand new by the US Postal Service in downtown Springfield, MO at their main processing & distribution plant where I also work at in maintenance.
Vise was truly beat up to all hell and used very HARD as you can see in the picture posted below. I did a full tear down restoration using my mix of a gray Awl Grip paint to try to match the original gray factory paint left on this vise.
The bent up to all hell handle was straightened out in an 25-ton manual press we have a in our plant.
