This vise is in daily use at the United State Postal Service processing plant in downtown Springfield Missouri where I work also. I did a clean up on this vise along with some flap grinding the top/side jaws and the anvil surface to even them up again and remove most of the the hammer marks.
Vises side casting is marked "Holland, MI USA" which dates it to 1980 or later when Yost Manufacturing Co. set up their foundry operations in Holland Michigan.
