Here is my (not my saw) contribution to the recent discussion on tilting top table saws. I/we don't cut large sheet goods on this saw, too much of a hassle, in fact we don't tip much at all with it. Angle cuts are done with a radial saw. I have used this tilting top ts for 5 years with a parttime employer, photos posted w/his permission, he paid $100 for it in the mid '90's. As shown here, the motor is/was out for repair. The extension (blue countertop sect.) was added after too many "drops". Miter ga. is original, w/small "r". I've never seen a jointer mounted to this stand, the stand is original to the saw tho'. I used this link, as a guide toward dating it: http://www.owwm.com/Delta/VintageProject/Part1.asp
