Obtained this item in early 1990's, from an estate sale of a deceased woodworking friend of mine. I have never used it. This is a Sears Craftsman, Cat. No. 9-6603 Polishing Head. As far as I could find out it was listed in Sears tool catalogs from 1959/1960 ($6.79) to 1969 ($10.99). I do not know what year in the 1960's this item was made or purchased.
