I got this Universal lathe chuck along with several others after helping a friend clean out a garage. The Jaws are reversible, and the spindle size appears to be 1-5/8 by 10 or 12 tpi. I could not find a reference for a 304T. Only a 304J. So I assume it's a later model. Feel free to send me to contact me if you know more about this chuck.

Skinner sold its chuck line (Skinner-Horton) in 1962 to Union in order to focus on their solenoid and valve business. Union sold their complete chuck line to Cushman in 1963.
